Depending on the reasons why you cannot attend, we would normally refund the amount that you have paid for your ticket less any administration charges that we are charged. In the first instance, please contact us to let us know to see if we can move your ticket to another show.

Like many other businesses, our shows have been affected by Covid-19. We have had to cancel some of our previous shows due to the restructions that have been placed on the entertainment industry. We fully understand and comply with any government guidelines that are issued and we take the health of our crew and audience members very seriously. Where possible, we will advise you as quickly as we can if we need to cancel any of our shows. Refunds will be offered and paid back to you as quickly as possible.

We always welcome new members to our team. We have many different roles in which may be able to help us out. In the first instance, please use our contact us page to introduce yourself and let us know how you would like to be involved.

As most of our performances are now performed at Websters Theatre, we have creased a seperate page on how to find Websters Theatre. Websters Theatre is at 416 Great Western Rd, Glasgow G4 9HZ. The theatre is located at the junction of Great Western Road and Park Road. Access to the theatre is via the steeple door on Great Western Road – just opposite the junction with Park Road.

We do not issue tickets for our shows, just give booking name and address at the box office on the night and your tickets will be there for you. Please try to arrive at 7pm or earlier as box office will be very busy, seating is unallocated and you can choose your own seats on entry to theatre.

Where possible, at the performance, we will provide details to you on how you can review one of our shows that you have attended. We value every review and discuss these with all the crew to ensure we are providing a great experience for you.
