At Sweet for Addicts we have many different roles when we put on our shows. Some of the cast members you may be familiar with, but we also have crew members behind the scenes that help put the shows together.
Below you will find just some of the team where you can learn a little more about them.
Meet the Team
Mark Williamson
Founder Sweet for Addicts
Mark is a founder member of SFA and alternates between directing and performing. Marks acting roles in shows with SFA have included Glengarry Glen Ross, An Inspector Calls, Can't Pay Won't Pay, and a Dr. Bob Smith in Bill W and Doctor Bob.

Stage Manager
joined SFA in 2017 and has been our resident Stage Manager ever since. Previous shows with SFA include Hame, Rebellion, Shining Souls and Bill W and Dr Bob. When Angela is not behind the scenes, she loves teaching Pilates in the west end of Glasgow.
Michael Keenan.
Writer and Musician
Michael has been writing songs for many years and has had stints as a singer/songwriter as well as being in bands, the latest of which ia a shotts band called The Spirit Union.
Graeme
Stage Cast Member
Graham, a carpenter from East Kilbride, started his stage journey singing in Burns competitions as a child. In 2014 he performed in the ceremonies for the Commonwealth Games which then led on to singing in various choirs, performing at the proms and backing vocals for Barry Manilow at the Hydro.
Angela Gascoine.
Stage Manager
Angela joined SFA in 2017 and has been our resident Stage Manager ever since. Previous shows with SFA include Hame, Rebellion, Shining Souls and Bill W and Dr Bob. When Angela is not behind the scenes, she loves teaching Pilates in the west end of Glasgow.
Robert McCahill.
Cast Member
Robert Joined SFA in 2021 and has already starred in 3 performaces. Since his initial role as Bill W in Bill W and Dr Bob, Robert has gone on to study Acting at HND level. He has performed professional both on stage and in short films, and credits SFA for re-ingniting his passion for acting.
Dave Smith.
Set Designer
Dave has been with us since the very start and is always busy designing and building our sets.
Big Jim
Security
Big Jim is responsible for the safety of all our crew and the safety of everyone that attends our shows. Big Jim is often seen at the doors and helping guide people in to the right direction!
